Workout: 3/03/2016

Leg day!

3 sets:

  • 10 x barbell back squats (20 kg, 40 kg, 50 kg)
  • 10 x weighted step-ups each leg onto bench (10 kg each hand x 1, 15 kg each hand x 2)

3 sets:

  • 10 x pistol (1 legged) squats using rings as support and extra pull
