Today’s workout was with my PT, with an arm/back focus.
3 x sets:
- 10 x lat pull downs (40 kg)
- 10 x raised pushups
- 10 x bicep curls (8 kg dumbells)
3 x sets:
- 10 x 20 kg barbell cleans (normal grip)
- 10 x 20 kg barbell cleans (wide grip)
- 10 x 20 kg barbell overhead presses
