Workout 5/01/2016

Today’s workout was with my PT, with an arm/back focus.

3 x sets:

  • 10 x lat pull downs (40 kg)
  • 10 x raised pushups
  • 10 x bicep curls (8 kg dumbells)

3 x sets:

  • 10 x 20 kg barbell cleans (normal grip)
  • 10 x 20 kg barbell cleans (wide grip)
  • 10 x 20 kg barbell overhead presses
